Your resource from start to finish
We assign a project manager to oversee each reconstruction job from start to finish. Here's how our process typically works after a loss is called in:
- Project manager is assigned to the job and sets up an initial inspection.
- Project manager and owner meet to discuss repairs.
- Project manager prepares scope of work and presents to insurance adjuster.
- Once scope of work is approved, project manager prepares a cost estimate.
- Owner signs contract detailing scope of work and budget.
- Project Manager meets with owner to review scope of work and conduct a walk-through.
- Project Manager coordinates all work performed by subcontractors and in-house labor, and oversees material selection including flooring, paint, cabinetry, fixtures, doors, windows and treatments, hardware, roofing, trim work and millwork.
- Project Manager oversees inspections and conducts final walk-through with owner.
Our professionals are equipped to handle a wide range of reconstruction jobs. Whether it's a minor bathroom repair following a toilet overflow or the complete reconstruction of a large apartment complex, our teams possess the skills and depth of experience to get the job done on time and on budget.
