We handle a majority of insurance work from insurance claims and are preferred vendors for most insurance companies. We are a licensed and insured restoration contractor with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB)

Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC)
We are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), which provides certifications and standards for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
We comply with all the standards and train all of our staff in delivering those standards set by OSHA. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) sets and enforces standards for workplace health and safety.
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
We are a certified restoration contractor who adheres to EPA-approved, lead-safe work practices. We strongly believe that your safety always comes first.
Estate Managers Coalition
We are members of the Estate Managers Coalition (EMC). Members of the EMC can conduct an initial consultation with the client, walk the property, check all interior and exterior areas and physical systems, meet with staff and existing vendors, evaluate security and emergency procedures and then formulate a detailed Estate Recommendation & Management Plan.

The Passionate Life Foundation
The Passionate Life Foundation was created in honor and memory of our Brother and Friend, Victor Lizarraga. Victor led a life of passion, giving to less fortunate families with his own family and providing meals during the holidays. Each year, we do the same in his honor. To date we have fed over 2,000 families on Thanksgiving.
